I'm not sure if the Elivator control is far enough behind the CG but I'll give it a try and see.
Other wise I will make a ball joint for the tail and use a more conventional Ornithopter control.

Control platform Elevator did not have enough control. So I came up with a fully piviotable tail. This is straight elevator up.
